Welcome to Just Golf. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Just Golf website and your purchase or booking of our golf entertainment and event services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Just Golf
Just Golf is a mobile golf entertainment company based in Los Angeles, California. We provide golf experiences and event services throughout Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County.
Our services may include, but are not limited to, mobile golf setups, golf simulators, putting experiences, golf entertainment, event activations, private events, corporate events, parties, and other golf-related experiences.

Booking & Reservations
All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Just Golf.
Submitting a booking request, inquiry, or contact form does not guarantee that your event date or requested services are reserved. A booking is considered confirmed only after Just Golf has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Event details, including date, time, location, services, pricing, and setup requirements, will be confirmed with the customer prior to the event.

Pricing & Payment
Prices for Just Golf services may vary depending on the type of event, event duration, location, number of guests, services requested, travel requirements, and other factors.
Any quoted price is subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, required deposits or payments must be received by the due date provided by Just Golf. Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Additional charges may apply for services, equipment, travel, overtime, venue requirements, or other circumstances not included in the original quote.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the specific event and services booked.
Any applicable cancellation fees, deposits, refunds, or rescheduling terms will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or included in the applicable booking agreement.
If an event must be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances outside of Just Golf’s reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, equipment problems, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Just Golf will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate solution.

Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the customer is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the Just Golf setup unless otherwise agreed.
Weather conditions may affect the ability to safely operate equipment or conduct an event. Just Golf reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when weather or other conditions create an unsafe environment for guests, staff, or equipment.
Where possible, Just Golf will work with the customer to identify a reasonable alternative.

Venue & Setup Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event venue permits the use of Just Golf equipment and services.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the event location, access points, available space, parking, stairs, elevators, power availability, and any venue restrictions that may affect setup or operation.
Additional fees may apply if unexpected venue conditions require additional labor, equipment, transportation, or setup time.

Equipment & Property
All Just Golf equipment remains the property of Just Golf or its respective owners.
Customers and event guests are responsible for using equipment appropriately and following all instructions provided by Just Golf staff.
The customer may be responsible for damage to or loss of Just Golf equipment caused by the customer, event guests, venue personnel, or other individuals under the customer's control, except to the extent caused by Just Golf’s negligence or other circumstances for which Just Golf is legally responsible.

Guest Safety
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Just Golf staff.
Golf equipment, balls, clubs, simulators, and other event equipment can present inherent risks when used improperly. Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly and remain aware of their surroundings.
Just Golf reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation by any guest who is using equipment in an unsafe manner or creating a risk to themselves, other guests, staff, the venue, or equipment.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the event and for communicating any relevant venue rules or restrictions to Just Golf before the event.
The customer is also responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring that guests comply with applicable venue rules and Just Golf safety instructions.

Website Use
You agree to use the Just Golf website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material;

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without permission; or

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Just Golf.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Just Golf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
